Hotel Occupancy rate percentages Myth still holding on strong!
Written by admin on November 19th, 2008According to the latest stories coming out of the Las Vegas Sands company they are still running over 90% occupancy rates at Venetian and Palazzo.
The Venetian’s occupancy fell 7.6 percentage points to 92 percent in the third quarter and average room rates fell $27 to $207. The Palazzo’s occupancy was 94.5 percent and average rates were $231. http://www.mygtv.net/?p=12827
Now if you believe the Venetian or any other Las Vegas Hotel, Motel, Bus, Trailer, Dog House or anything else is running over 90% or even 80% occupancy capacity…I have a Bailout Plan for you which will not simply be a scam to line the pockets of International Bankers.
