According to the latest stories coming out of the Las Vegas Sands company they are still running over 90% occupancy rates at Venetian and Palazzo.

The Venetian’s occupancy fell 7.6 percentage points to 92 percent in the third quarter and average room rates fell $27 to $207. The Palazzo’s occupancy was 94.5 percent and average rates were $231.  http://www.mygtv.net/?p=12827

Now if you believe the Venetian or any other Las Vegas Hotel, Motel, Bus, Trailer, Dog House or anything else is running over 90% or even 80% occupancy capacity…I have a Bailout Plan for you which will not simply be a scam to line the pockets of International Bankers.
