He has some stupid smile on his face like it was funny

           Basically as I was sitting in traffic heading toward the strip I was severely cut off by a cab. As the car in front of me was pulling forward and I started to also a cab then cut over into a spot in front of me barely even half a cars length of room forcing me to emergency brake or be run over. He came within half an inch of hitting my front tire. I am on a motorcycle and could of easily been thrown/crushed from this action. He did not use any turn signals or any other cautious actions to let me know he wanted over. He did not even apologize afterwards, he has some stupid smile on his face like it was funny or something that he almost killed/injured me. I also noticed he continued to not use turn signals and drive at a high rate of speed afterwards. Ace Cab Co. Cab # 6591 Ethiopian looking driver.
