           A Nellis Cab Company driver(Number 658, license plate 936SSV) neglected to check his blind spot, and attempted to pull into my vehicle. I sounded my horn, he proceeded to go approximately 30 mph above the speed limit (in the rain and at night), then swerved in front of me, cutting me off, and raising his middle finger at me.
