The driver said he wouldn’t take us since my girlfriend was drunk and commenced yelling at us to get out of the cab.

           I waited in line for a Taxi cab for about 30 minutes with my girlfriend. When we got up to the head of the line one of the employees hailed a cab and we got in. The driver noticed that my girlfriend had been drinking, and so had i but not as much (hence the reason for the cab and not driving 30 minutes across town to my house drunk). The driver said he wouldn’t take us since my girlfriend was drunk and commenced yelling at us to get out of the cab. His whole reasoning behind it was that he didn’t want her to throw up in his cab. One of the Venetian employees even went so far as to say that the Venetian would take care of the cleaning bill if she through up. I told him that she wasn’t going to throw up and if he wanted i would get a plastic back to ensure that she didn’t. She was not passed out and she was drinking water the whole time we where talking to this guy. It was rediculous how he wouldn’t take us no matter what when it’s always said to take a taxi don’t drink and drive! I wrote down his Taxi cab side number it’s #2787 and he works for lucky cab. The driver was an asian looking male. Please inform me of any further action needed because I really don’t want to have to worry about next time I feel like going to a bar not being able to call a taxi because he won’t take me!
