Time of Occurrence: 615pm

Location of Occurrence: East bound on W. Twain

Comments:
Near the intersection of Twain and Lindell the road narrows to 1 lane due to road work. I had let 2 cars get in the lane in front of me when this cab raced up and forced himself in front of my car. If I hadn’t slammed on my brakes or been paying attention, he would have hit the right front quarter panel of my brand new mustang. Luckily the driver behind left some room between our cars, so when I had to slam on my brakes, he/she didn’t hit my car. It was “A Cab” and the cab number is 1325. He sped down Twain but he had to stop at Twain and Decatur due to the redlight and that’s when I was able to get the name of the cab company and the ph nbr. I called the cab company to report him, but was treated in an unprofessional manner. It’s drivers like that who are responsible for the bad reputation cab drivers have.

Comments:
While working as a Security Officer at the Four Queens Hotel & casino I discovered Nellis Cab 611 parked obstruction the exit lane out of the garage. I asked the driver to move. He then backed his cab up to the Bus Only zone and parked obstructing the entrance to the garage. When I asked the driver to move the second time the driver told me “There’s no cars coming, don’t get your panties in a twist, bitch.”

Location of Occurrence: summer bay resort

Comments:
on 3/3/08 at about 8:45 after being at the hooters hotel we had a cab drive us from hooters to summer bay resort. first when leaving hooters the driver had 3 chances to pull out of the drive way but did not( more than 20 cars between him and tham) when we got into the cab i told him we were going to summer bay resort. after driving i had to tell him what way to go when we got close to the resort on winneck ave the driver stop and lock the doors and would not let us out BECAUESE I WAS QUESTING HIM ABOUT HOW HE WAS DRIVING.i than said i will pay the fee and deal with the boss . i never had a problem paying when we got to the resort i payed HIM and steped out of the cab with my friend david and I requested his information he would not give it to WHEN I REACHED FOR A CARD HE STOPED me.after standind at the at the door and asking him for A CARD WITH HIS NAME AND NUMBER HE WOULD NOT GIVE IT TO ME THE NUMBER ON THE CAB WAS 5301. HE THEN PUSHED ME TWO TIMES. AND SAID GET BACK THIS IS NOT RIGHT I WOULD LIKE HIS NAME SO I CAN FILE IN COURT. HE ALSO SAID THEIR IS A CAMERY IN THE TRUCK I WOULD LAKE A COPY OF THAT TWO.

Comments:
Basically as I was sitting in traffic heading toward the strip I was severely cut off by a cab. As the car in front of me was pulling forward and I started to also a cab then cut over into a spot in front of me barely even half a cars length of room forcing me to emergency brake or be run over. He came within half an inch of hitting my front tire. I am on a motorcycle and could of easily been thrown/crushed from this action. He did not use any turn signals or any other cautious actions to let me know he wanted over. He did not even apologize afterwards, he has some stupid smile on his face like it was funny or something that he almost killed/injured me. I also noticed he continued to not use turn signals and drive at a high rate of speed afterwards. Ace Cab Co. Cab # 6591 Ethiopian looking driver.
